Greece - Petros Iakovidis performed at the Oinoforos Estate’s music festival in Mytilene on the Adriatic Coast as part of the singer and multi-instrumentalist’s 2025 summer tour.

The deeply evocative and ever-changing lighting design was by Konstantinos Ntovas and ran on a ChamSys MagicQ MQ250M Stadium console.

“My intention was to enrich the overall setup by adding LED screen columns and playing with both the height and the depth of the stage,” said Konstantinos, who configured his stage on three levels that had half-metre columns varying in height (1.6, 1.8 and 2 metres).

“Each of my columns was positioned slightly in front of the other, creating a layered effect,” he explained. “The content that ran on them was quite dynamic - things like descending lighting effects, particle lines, and other visuals that complemented the ene

Inovations has been successfully engaged in the technical production of events in Serbia for close to 20 years. USA - There is a common thread running through dance and lighting design, two art forms that rely on movement to tell stories and convey emotions. This connection is evident in the design that Matthieu Larivée and the team at Lüz Studio created for Jason Aldean’s 31-city Full Throttle Tour, which began 23 May and concludes 4 October at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach.

Working with a rig from Bandit Lites, Larivée and his colleagues deftly moved video and lighting elements through carefully choreographed steps that would do any ballet company proud. Virtually every design element in this production was in motion at one point or another, from the Chauvet Professional Colorado PXL Curves, which Larivée said “waltzed slowly to the music” in three songs, to the 49 x 19ft upstage video wall, as well as panels on the 52 x 3ft

USA - ADJ’s flexible Jolt Panel FX has been utilised throughout the summer for the Music in the Mountains concert series in Big Sky, Montana. For more than a decade, Music in the Mountains has offered free outdoor concerts to both locals and visitors to Big Sky. Organised by the Arts Council of Big Sky, it features up-and-coming touring musicians as well as established artists. The shows take place in Len Hill Park every Thursday from late June through early September, culminating in a special Metal in the Mountains concert to close the season.

USA - Dave Quinn is lighting designer for Dark Star Orchestra, the Grateful Dead tribute band that has been touring globally for the past 25 years and has performed with original Dead members Phil Lesh and Bill Kreutzmann.

Like the band his client celebrates, Quinn tends to follow a minimalistic path that leads him to some endlessly deep and transformative possibilities that are anything but ‘simple’. This was evident from the moment the band kicked off their recently completed 21-city summer tour at Portland, Maine’s Thompson’s Point.

Working with a rig featuring 20 Chauvet Professional fixtures and no video wall at the sprawling venue, he conjured up some powerfully intriguing looks that drew people further into his client’s magical musical mix.

Dipping into his big creative bag of nuanced tricks, Quinn altered the appearance and
