South Africa - Stage Audio Works (SAW) recently celebrated a successful technology showcase at New Life Church in Bryanston. The event welcomed nearly 150 attendees from houses of worship, live events, theatres and technical industries.
Highlights included the official launch of the Plus Audio FS210L dual 10” line array system, alongside the FS1C and FS1B column loudspeakers with dual 12” bass extension. Guests also experienced the regional debut of Sennheiser’s Spectera wideband, bidirectional digital wireless ecosystem.
In addition to new products from its in-house Plus Audio, Stage Plus and Pixel Plus brands, SAW showcased rider-approved solutions from d&b audiotechnik, Yamaha, Blackmagic Design and Sennheiser, with the SAW team providing hands-on demos and expert guidance.
“Through the range of ‘Plus’ brands we represent, including Plus Audio, Stage Plus and Pixel Plus, developed in-house here in South Africa, we are demonstrating our commitment to building and driving local expertise,” says Nathan Ihlenfeldt at SAW. “By offering this variety in our portfolio, we are actively empowering the market with world-class solutions whilst also fostering competency within the region.”
“Our showcase was about more than technology; it highlighted the people and expertise behind our portfolio,” adds Gary Furman at SAW. “From premium products to value-driven alternatives, we can deliver across the full spectrum: audio, video, staging, structures, microphones, comms and power.”
Beyond product launches, attendees praised SAW’s commitment to training, support, and long-term partnerships. “This event is just the beginning,” says Gustav Barnard at SAW. “We’re excited to continue the conversations it sparked and demonstrate how our solutions bring real value to clients across the region.”
