UK - Push The Button (PTB), which specialises in theatre electrical infrastructure and production systems, has transitioned to 100% employee ownership, securing the company's long-term independence and rewarding the team that has driven its success. The transition was announced to staff on 20 October 2025 with managing director Nick Ewins, confirming that he will remain in place.
"In simple terms, this means the business is now owned collectively by the people who know it best, our amazing team,” said Ewins. “This isn't just recognition of their hard work, commitment and care for our customers; it's an investment in our future. Employee ownership will strengthen our ability to deliver innovative solutions for our clients, whilst maintaining the collaborative culture that defines us."
