Among Kirsch's key responsibilities will be the provision of technical and expert support for systems design and custom solutions, for which he is eminently well qualified, having previously worked as an Audio-Visual consultant for Ove Arup & Partners in Hong Kong, in a technical support role for ACE Hong Kong, and as a freelance sound engineer for several rental companies in Hong Kong and France.
