“This record-breaking GX 3+ investment is more than a fleet upgrade”

USA - Fuse Technical Group has become the first customer in the Americas to invest in Disguise’s GX 3+ media server. With an order of 50 units – representing a third of all available stock worldwide – Fuse will own the largest GX 3+ fleet on the planet.

This move reflects the company’s ambition to make Fuse the number-one production technology provider in the world. Already the largest Disguise inventory holder globally and the only US-based Disguise certified solution partner (CSP), Fuse is doubling down on this mission with an expansion that will see it deliver even more complex and visually ambitious shows across every entertainment vertical.

Fuse operates from multiple offices and service centres across North America, supplying the technical backbone for some of the best-known productions of recent years – from global tours for Imagine Dragons, My Chemical Romance, Noah Kahan and Tyler, The Creator, to the VMAs, Oscars and Superbowl Halftime Show and high-impact immersive activations for world-leading brands. With its new GX 3+ investment, Fuse is positioned to elevate productions to a new level with unprecedented creative power and technical reliability.

Ryan Middlemiss, director of media servers at Fuse, comments: “The GX 3+ represents the most technically capable media server on the market today. With a huge performance uplift of 175%, the GX 3+ unlocks new, boundary-pushing capabilities for content teams, productions and experiences worldwide. This investment was an easy decision – we’re committed to giving our customers access to the most advanced solutions available.”

Fernando Kufer, CEO at Disguise, adds: “Fuse has always been a trailblazer – their projects push boundaries and their ambition sets them apart. This record-breaking GX 3+ investment is more than a fleet upgrade: it’s a clear signal of Fuse’s intent to lead the industry. We hugely value their long-standing partnership, and together we are entering a new era where scale, creativity and technology combine to unlock extraordinary experiences.”
