Portugal - Europalco has appointed Francisco Capote da Silva as its new sales director. With a background in international MICE sales and a passion for innovation, Capote da Silva steps into this role to strengthen client relationships and support the Lisbon-based company’s continued expansion in key markets.

Before joining the firm, Capote da Silva held senior sales roles at W Algarve, a luxury resort in southern Portugal, as senior sales manager, and at Discovery Hotel Management as head of sales MICE International.
