Dutch native Hageman spent more than a decade in various roles with Maycom Systems Europe, Maycom Automation Systems and Electronic Data Systems, all headquartered in the Netherlands. Among others, she was involved in the product and sales strategy for Maycom's award winning Easycorder in 1999. Hageman graduated from Utrecht Business School with a degree in marketing, which she complemented with additional management and sales studies.
