Speakers include representatives from Ampetronic, GN Hearing Japan, Bluetooth SIG and Sony Corporation

Japan - Ampetronic, provider of hearing loop systems, has announced the speakers who will present at Audio Technology for the Future, a one-day event Ampetronic is hosting on 21 August 2025 in the Hospitality Suite in the UK Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka.

The event will showcase Auracast, the latest technology for assistive listening and communication, and the opportunities this new audio broadcast standard unlocks for venues and end-users in Japan and around the world.

Speakers at the event will discuss their journey with Auracast and how they have applied it to their current and future product lines.

Henry Wong, director of market development at Bluetooth SIG, will present Auracast - Audio Technology for the Future and explain the new one-to-many broadcast audio technology.

Ed Beck, business development manager at Ampetronic | Listen Technologies, will present Auri and the Future of Audio Accessibility.

Martin Armstrong, president and general manager of GN Hearing Japan, will present Auracast-Enabled Hearing Aids.

Masahiko Seki, senior network technical manager, Sony Corporation, will talk about Auracast-Compatible Consumer Devices.

“It’s an honour to join this line-up of esteemed speakers whose organisations have embraced Auracast broadcast audio, and are delivering products and solutions that incorporate this technology to help people hear and engage more fully with one another and the world around them,” said Beck.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions after the presentations. They can also experience Auracast-enabled products and solutions first-hand.

Presentations will be delivered in English and Japanese. Interpretation services will be available.
