The two-day seminar will explore the future of active acoustics and immersive audio

Austria - Amadeus Acoustics is inviting consultants, acousticians, system designers, and AV professionals to join them in Vienna this winter for a two-day seminar exploring the future of active acoustics and immersive audio.

Taking place on 1 and 2 December 2025, the seminar offers an opportunity to engage directly with the Amadeus team, experience its technologies in action, and connect with peers from across the industry. With live demonstrations, expert talks, hands-on workshops, and exclusive venue visits, the programme is designed to inspire, inform, and foster collaboration.

Day one will take place at Amadeus headquarters in Vienna, where the fundamentals and innovations shaping active acoustics and immersive sound will be explored. Demonstrations of Amadeus technologies in action will be paired with open discussions and Q&As.

In the evening, guests will be treated to an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Theater an der Wien, one of Vienna’s most renowned performance venues and home to a major Amadeus installation, followed by dinner and drinks with the team.

The second day will feature guided visits to Musikverein Vienna, including its legendary Golden Hall; Mythos Mozart, an impressive immersive audio installation at Mozart’s deathplace; and the Klang theater from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, an example of Amadeus Acoustics’ impact in musical education.

“This seminar isn’t just about showcasing technology. It’s about building community,” says Fabio Kaiser, CEO/co-founder of Amadeus Acoustics. “We’re proud to bring together professionals who are passionate about sound and acoustics, and to create space for real dialogue, exchange, and inspiration. At Amadeus, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.”

Speakers will include Fabio Kaiser, CTO/co-founder Volker Werner, BD/co-founder Thorsten Rohde, and technical consultant Kaspar Glattfelder, who will guide attendees through a comprehensive programme built for both seasoned consultants and those new to active acoustics.

Participation is free of charge, including all catering and dinner. Following the success of the six previous seminars, the upcoming September event is already fully booked. Therefore, due to limited capacity, a no-show fee of €500 applies for any confirmed guests who cancel late or do not attend.
