The show had a new set design by Stufish, customised for each venue yet clearly briefed to give the typical look, feel and experience of a classic ‘Stones concert with the original, 40 years long, lighting designer Patrick Woodroffe as creative director bringing Ethan Weber in as tour lighting director. Italy - The Teatro Donizetti is an institution in the city of Bergamo. It was built in the late 18th century and was originally named Teatro Nuovo (new theatre). It has been the city's most important opera house for more than two centuries and hosts an intense schedule of plays, operas and symphonic music.
In November 2022, Claypaky signed an agreement with the Teatro Donizetti to supply the new Sinfonya Profile 600 moving heads, specially designed for use in theatres.

Belgium - Since singer songwriter, Selah Sue, released her first EP in 2009 her popularity has continued to rise. This year, she embarked on a European tour with Fred Pignatelli, her monitor engineer of almost a decade, deploying a KLANG immersive in-ear monitor system, along with his long-time of console of choice, a DiGiCo SD12, both supplied by Belgian rental company, 4EARS.

Spain - Lighting designer Antonio Arrabal (AAI, Lighting Designers Association of Spain) used Astera NYX Bulbs to illuminate a series of scenic spheres that were an integral narrative element of the Índigo Teatro company’s latest production, Viaje al Planeta de Todo es Posible which premiered at the Cánovas Theatre in Malaga.
The production – aimed at children aged between 5 and 12 – is fun and adventure filled, but also with plenty of appeal and massaging for accompanying adults - and unfolds a story about the importance of kindness and friendship.
It was created by Indigo Teatro’s artistic director Celia Almohalla with whom Antonio collaborated closely on evolving the show aesthetic, together with set designer Isabel Soto. “There was a lot of teamwork which is a very satisfying way to realise a production,” he commented.

Vietnam - Christie HS Series 1DLP laser projectors brought to life the fictional planet of Nebula, enthralling audiences with immersive visuals in a dome set up within Dam Sen Cultural Park, a well-known amusement park in Ho Chi Minh City.
Titled Nebula – The Elemental Lighting Planet, this AV showcase took place in an inflatable dome measuring 15m in diameter and 8m in height. It employed various technologies including several Christie D20WU-HS laser projectors, interactive lighting, laser effects, and realistic props to transport visitors to an exciting universe inspired by Avatar: The Way of Water. UK - Christie projection has helped to elevate a spatial light art experience at a 19th-century church building in Waterloo, Liverpool. At Black Hole – End of Time, projectors were used to map striking content from visual artist Rocco Helmchen onto the interior of Old Christ Church, in conjunction with a soundtrack, lighting, lasers, and additional effects.
The performance was the brainchild of musician and lighting designer Paul Alty, with the projection content created by Helmchen. Funds were raised from ticket sales, a JustGiving page, and cash donations and were donated to BackupTech, which supports professionals in the entertainment industry, and local charity Friends of Old Christ Church.

Six of the city's landmarks and community gathering places were dressed up with a light show, utilising Prolights Mosaico L projectors and personalised gobo images supplied by Prolights. The new deal not only extends the organisations’ preferred partnership agreement, but also grants Anna Valley exclusive AV provider status in key parts of the venue - a move designed to strengthen ExCeL’s global congress and conference offering.
Anna Valley was first appointed as ExCeL’s preferred AV provider in December 2020. Despite the impact of the COVID pandemic on the industry at the time, the AV company invested in the staff, infrastructure and support network necessary to provide a hybrid event solution at ExCeL, and to support the return to live events over the following months.
